Belt Tests
(3:00-End)
Dates Vary
Monthly

Effective 9.8.17

In order to be eligible to test for advancement to higher ranks, every student is required to be able to meet criteria of the next belt level and complete 24 classes between ranks (12 “A” classes & 12 “B” classes). Belt tests are held once a month on the second to last Saturday of the Month.

(Black Belt Pre-Tests and Tests are held every six months as needed.)

“A classes” are targeted towards learning technique and building skill and will be held on Monday and Tuesday nights.

“B classes” are targeted towards practical application and strategy of what is learned and will be held on Wednesday and Thursday nights.

Students are welcome to attend all of their classes; weekday & weekend. However, credit is only given towards the student's next rank if the additional class is being used as a makeup for a class that student was unable to make during the week (A or B). Otherwise, the additional class(es) are just for fun and additional practice and no additional credit is given.
